PRIZE

$500 Sutton’s Gift Card with no expiration date.

One winner will be chosen to create a custom mural on the side wall of the patio of Sutton’s Restaurant at 110 North Locust Hill Drive in Lexington, Kentucky, inside the Kroger Shopping Center on Richmond Road.  The final winner will have their work viewed by over 10,000 people daily who travel Locust Hill Drive.

Each artist will submit an original piece of artwork that focuses on Sutton’s theme of an Italian family restaurant. The winner will be provided with the supplies to paint their winning entry on the brick wall and will be awarded a $500 Sutton’s gift card good for food and drink with no expiration date.

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is open to artists anywhere in Central Kentucky. Only original artwork conceived and created by the entrant will be considered. Original means that if a submission is based on reference photos, the photos were either taken by the artist or were used with permission of the photographer.

Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.

MATERIALS

Sutton’s Restaurant will not be responsible for the loss, damage or return of any artwork submitted to the competition.

JUDGING

Entries will be prejudged and then finalists will be chosen by the ownership of Sutton’s Restaurant. The final award winner will be selected by the jurors named above.  All properly prepared entries will be viewed and judged. The decision of the jurors is final.

NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by May 2, 2012.
